*Thirsty Thursday is Coptoberfest’s ‘low-key’ evening. No live music, no pork pies – just a relaxed atmosphere (with tables and chairs!) for those who want to chat over a few drinks.

Coptoberfest is an annual event and in 2025 will be holding it’s 11th festival!

Coptoberfest is an annual charity beer festival.
Originally conceived by The Rev. Geoff Mumford and Andy Herrington, and is held in St. Giles’ Church, Copmanthorpe.
St. Giles is a licensed premises. Three members of the organising committee are Personal Licence holders.

Coptoberfest offers hand-pulled ales from within a 25 mile radius of the village, local gin, cider, wine & fizz, freshly cooked pork pies and live music – all in the name of community.
